No. Stock Island is a market-information display. It does not connect to an exchange account, hold funds, place trades, or manage a cryptocurrency wallet.
How often do crypto quotes update?
Spot crypto quotes can use streaming updates while the island is expanded, subject to network and data-provider availability. Displayed information should still be verified independently before making a financial decision.
Is an account required?
No Stock Island account is required. Your watchlist and display preferences are stored locally on your Mac.
